Damaged or Lost Shipments
All shipments are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
If goods arrive damaged, incomplete, or delayed, customers must notify us within 5 business days of delivery, providing photographs and relevant documentation.
We will assist in filing claims with the shipping provider or insurer, where applicable.
