At KADA IMPEX, we strive to ensure the quality and reliability of all products supplied. Due to the nature of bulk import and wholesale orders, refunds are generally limited. This policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund, replacement, or credit may be issued.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

A refund, replacement, or credit may be considered if:

  • Goods are damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Incorrect products were shipped due to an error on our part.

  • Orders are incomplete due to missing items in the shipment.

Customers must notify KADA IMPEX within 5 business days of receipt, providing relevant documentation such as photographs, order details, and shipping records.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Change of mind or ordering errors by the buyer.

  • Products damaged during transport after delivery (unless shipping insurance claim is applicable).

  • Minor variations in product appearance, packaging, or specifications consistent with supplier descriptions.
